Commercial ownership does not begin with large complexes. Many first-time buyers enter through small retail buildings, office condos, light industrial properties, or mixed-use assets.
These properties are often familiar, financeable, and well-suited to investors transitioning from residential ownership. SBA and owner-user opportunities can further reduce barriers to entry.
The goal is not size. The goal is alignment.
